Welcome to sonomajunkers.com (the "Site"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms cover use of our website. The terms governing an actual junk removal job you book with us are in our separate Service Agreement.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

- Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site

- Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our permission

2. Requesting Quotes and Booking

Submitting a form on the Site is a request for an appointment, not a final price quote. Because we price jobs based on volume, we do not provide final pricing until we are onsite and can see the items in person. Any pricing shown on the Site is for general reference only.

Appointments requested through the Site are auto-confirmed for scheduling convenience. However, we reserve the right to cancel or decline an appointment at our discretion — for example, if the job location falls outside our service area (some addresses within Sonoma County, such as Sea Ranch, are too far for us to reasonably service) or if the details provided don't match what we're able to accommodate. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly if we need to cancel or reschedule.

Once a job is confirmed and completed, it is governed by our Service Agreement, which will be provided to you separately.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Sonoma Junkers or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content from the Site without our permission.

4. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Pricing and availability information on the Site is for general reference only; actual pricing is confirmed onsite at the time of service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sonoma Junkers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from the performance of actual junk removal services, which is addressed separately in our Service Agreement.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as Google or payment processors). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites.
