What Affects the Cost?
Several factors can affect the final price:
Volume of items – The more space your items take up, the higher the cost.
Type of material – Certain items have additional disposal fees, such as appliances containing Freon, tires, or construction debris to make sure they are properly disposed of.
Weight – Heavy materials can increase disposal costs.
Dismantling or Light Demo – While labor is included in our regular junk removal price, items like sheds, office cubicles, or other items that require dismantling for safe removal often incur a labor charge since they can sometimes take several hours to dismantle and load.
Why We Offer Free Onsite Estimates
Photos can be helpful, but they don’t always show the full scope of a job. An onsite estimate allows us to see exactly what needs to be removed and provide the most accurate price possible. There’s no obligation, and you’ll know the cost before we start loading.
